Heavy overnight rains triggered flood warnings across central and southern Ohio. Scioto and its tributaries face overflows and rapid rises with crests projected from Circleville to Piketon and Chillicothe into Tuesday and Wednesday. Crossed Atlantic Sailor Robert Manry Dies at 52
Robert Manry, famed for crossing the Atlantic in the tiny Tinkerbelle in 1965, died of a heart attack at age 52. He collapsed in a car with his wife of four months and two friends.
