Extradition Waived By Airman Hunter Admits Killing

Stockton California report states airman Roy A Hunter 18 of Salineville Ohio agreed to waive extradition to Texas where he admitted killing Jack Spangler last December 16. Deputy District Attorney James Willett says Hunter shot Spangler three times after alleged immoral advances. Spangler’s body was found on a country road near Wichita Falls Texas. Hunter was arrested Monday night while driving Spangler’s car. an air force uniform was in the back seat. Hunter has been AWOL from Sheppard Air Force Base since January 3. Hunter’s wife Joyce 18, married him nine weeks ago and was released after questioning.

Blast devastates street as manhole cover vents above Public Square
