Four cases heard Saturday morning in Hocking County Court resulted in fines and bond forfeitures. James Bruce Wood Utica forfeited a $25 bond for following too closely. Thomas W Shuttleworth New Straitsville received a $10 fine and costs for excessive speed with a suspended fine. Maynard Elkins Albany Route 2 was fined $20 and costs for speeding. Ronald Vorhees Logan Route 2 was fined $25 and costs, with 10 days in jail seven suspended, for driving under revocation. Albert Sidney Howe Ft. Bragg was fined $50 with costs and suspension pending proper plates or arrangements.

John Custer Owens of 700 Walhending Avenue was fined 10 dollars and costs for failure to yield the right of way.
