Community coin jars fund Trimble Township park and monument
In Trimble Township inquiries arise about coin jar funds to be installed in local businesses. Money will be split between the Park Fund and the Monument Fund unless donors specify another allocation. Contributions go to Pearl Brown or finance committee members with designation. The project aims to purchase the monument and landscape the park, install shelter, tables and ovens, creating a people friendly memorial for World War II, inviting community picnics and gatherings.
