Health Dept Appropriation Unsettled and City Actions
Logan council tabled the health department appropriation for the next three months amid other business. They authorized a coal haul truck purchase to cut costs, passed a dance hall beer license, and set annual licenses at 15 dollars. Delinquent street assessments totaling about 26 thousand dollars on 182 parcels were targeted for collection. An annexation ordinance empowers action for Route 7½ improvement to Mulberry Street Bridge. The Kachelmacher Park needs funding, and the next meeting shifts to after Christmas with a possible special session beforehand.
