Medicinal Liquor Would Cost at Least $200 Million

Washington December 4. Financing for a proposed private corporation to manufacture and distribute medicinal liquor would require at least 200 million dollars officials estimated. The plan envisions a government chartered monopoly with 150 million to buy bond stocks and funds for two distilleries plus working capital.
