Athens approves city pay plan with annual step raises

Bus strike on county road injures driver and minor damage
An Alexander Local School District bus was hit by a car on County Road 42 at Twp Road 83 in Lodi Twp. Four students and the driver were aboard. no injuries. The bus will be out for a few days and back-up transport is in use. Driver Byron James, 46, was cited for an improper turn. Dorothy Stalder, 63, was driving the bus. The incident occurred on the first day of classes.
