William Frederick Wyant was held to the grand jury on a $1000 bond for receiving stolen goods after a local magistrate heard the case. The incident dates to early Sunday August 17 when two youths aged 9 and 13 allegedly entered Snodgrass grocery via a side air vent at 6 a.m. and took cash, candy, and cigarets worth about $350. Virginia Snodgrass reported $233 in cash and items missing.
