A special meeting of the Amateur Gardeners Club was held at Mrs. Arthur Strauss home to organize flower entries for the Meigs County Fair next week. President Robert Coats led the session with a committee named to prepare the entries and Mrs. Strauss as chairwoman. The group also discussed membership by law and set a September wiener roast at Roadside Park with hostesses to be chosen.
