Jury Hung On Driving While Intoxicated Charge
A municipal court jury verdict ended hung after a Tuesday trial. Defendant Marjorie A. Burdette, 48, of Glouster Route 3, faced an un der the influence charge filed Feb. 13 by the State Highway Patrol.
