Home Rule Amendment Delayed Until 1933 Vote

Chairman Charles P. Taft II said the delay allows a stronger, non presidential year campaign and notes current conditions favor future tax relief. Secretary of State Clarence J. Brown stated petitions filed now would be valid for 1993 if the needed signatures from more than half the counties are reached based on 1930 electors.
