Water Works Decision Expected By Nelsonville Council
Nelsonville council set for August meeting to decide on waterworks upgrade designed by Floyd Browne and Associates or a mid term rehab of the treatment plant and pumping station. Finance and utilities say current water revenue won’t cover the full project and financing will be complex. Councilman Brooks says the proposed project is too large for now as higher water rates may be required.
