Waive Hearings In Mayor's Court
Eleven cases were heard by Mayor Donald W Bumgardner in Nelsonville court. Three persons waived hearings and one forfeited bond. Floyd W Fuller and Charles S Baldwin Jr pleaded no contest and were found guilty with $10 fines and costs suspended. Gilbert J Stalder and Robert C Hartman pleaded guilty with $10 fines and costs suspended.
