James Tolbert, about 65, of North Culver street, collapsed on East Main near the R and S store shortly after noon Tuesday while going to buy milk. He had worked for the Hocking Valley Brick Co. and Logan Clay Products Co. He seldom left the city and had reportedly just visited Columbus the day before. He is survived by a son and a daughter. Funeral plans were not set.
