Workmen started tearing down the Bruestle Building at Fifth and Main in Point Pleasant. The frame structure, around 88 years old, housed Bruestie Brothers Meat Market until after the 1943 flood and has been owned by the Bruestle family for generations. Frank C. and Carl C. Bruestie now operate the meat business on North Main Street and plan a future new building on the corner when conditions improve. Captain A. R. Martin, a riverman, leaves today for Colton's Point, Maryland, to visit his daughter Mrs. F. B. Butterfield, after illness.
