Wilda Sharpe 82 of Athens died Friday April 21 2017 at Kimes Nursing Home Born December 27 1934 daughter of the late Dewey and Inez Smith Hunter She married Charles Sharpe on September 5 1951 He preceded her in death along with her parents brothers Gene and Walter Hunter sister Carol Simpson and great granddaughter Nora Sharpe Survived by daughter Margaret Jeff Buhla sons Blaine Cindy Sharpe Wayne Nina Sharpe five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren Sisters Dawn Leonard McCollister Dorothy Grinstead Penny Roger Bentley and brother Mike Cathy Hunter Wilda requested no services After cremation she will be laid to rest at Grahams Chapel Cemetery beside Charles Arrangements by Bigony Jordan Funeral Home.
