Nelsonville School Commons housing project advances by Woda Group
The Woda Group moves Nelsonville School Commons toward completion with eight new apartments behind the Junior High and former high school. Units include ADA access, chalkboard accents, skylights, and a gym area repurposed as a meeting room and fitness center. Funding includes historic tax credits and a bridge loan.
