Walter Frick of Gray Eagle Flying Service, 26, was killed when his airplane crashed during a stunt display for Sunday visitors at Marion Municipal Airport on April 13. The accident occurred as Frick performed for spectators.

Dr William H Hudnut pastor of First Presbyterian Youngstown will speak on foreign missions tonight after traveling extensively among mission stations in the Orient and Occident. The Presbytery will end Tuesday.
Murray Seasongood former Cincinnati mayor and Hamilton County Independent leader may run as an independent for the congressional seat left by Nicholas Longworth's death. Seasongood had retired from politics two years ago and was not available for comment. The Independent group demonstrated its strength last fall with candidates in every county office.
German veteran waiter Frank Abler shot two robbers during a restaurant holdup at the L Aigion Restaurant on the Gold Coast. Four other bandits fled. two were killed, and 280 guests and orchestra members cowered along the walls. Identity of the dead were Charles Nelson and James Hirsch. Abler discounted his actions, calling it brave but not desirable.
In Cincinnati in April a 22 year old Negro man Joe Saunders attempted to enter the Outrager Clothing Store by climbing down a chimney. He found the fireplace sealed and panicked, shouting for six hours until a truck driver heard him. Firemen freed him through brick work.
City officers arrested several individuals over the weekend on liquor intoxication and related charges. Cletus Shuler pleaded guilty to selling liquor and was fined 250 dollars plus costs by Mayor RobertS Wood. he later pleaded not guilty in records. Margaret Jewett faces intoxication charges and will appear before Mayor Wood tonight. Elmer Lockhart and Joe Banks were fined 25 and 10 dollars respectively for intoxication and fighting, with Banks ordered to leave the city. Lee Anderson’s restaurant on West Washington Street was ordered closed and the premises locked as a nuisance. William Gibson was escorted out of the city as a vagrant after police action. Fred Millican and Virgil McClaine were arrested for intoxication and indecent exposure and will face Mayor Wood.
Major Laban J. Miles an 87 year old Indian agent and uncle of President Hoover died suddenly at his home in Pawhuska Oklahoma He was the brother of the President's mother and GW Hoover visited his home after his father's death when the future president was 14.
A five route hunger march by unemployed workers and destitute farmers from Cleveland Toledo Youngstown and Cincinnati to Columbus was postponed to May 1. The new Bridgeport route will join four existing routes on the Statehouse steps May 10.
William Kettell, 30, died at 7 a m Sunday from tuberculosis after injuries last fall. He leaves widow and two children Lawrence 16 and Grendale 6, plus a mother Mrs Charles Kettell three brothers Fear George Harry and two sisters Florence Mae. Funeral at 2 30 p m Tuesday at the residence with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Grant Linscott aged 68 died at 6 oclock Sunday night after a stroke of apoplexy. Surviving are son Owen Linsacott of Columbus and daughter Mrs Ernest Adren of Cincinnati. Funeral services set for 10 am Tuesday at sister Mrs P N Walkers home near Amesville with burial at Chesterhill.
Frank Houser, 27, of Youngstown tried to rob an Erie passenger train on Sunday to finance narcotics but was captured and beaten into submission by bystanders or train personnel. The incident occurred in Youngstown with authorities reporting the suspect subdued and taken into custody.
