Daughters challenge parole for convicted killer William Clumm
The daughters Andrea Clumm and Jana Manes oppose William Clumm's parole as he faces a hearing next month at Pickaway Correctional Institution. They’ve launched an online petition and Facebook page to keep him imprisoned, arguing he remains a risk to Athens County and Ohio. The Athens County Prosecutor’s Office filed a formal objection to release. Clumm was convicted in 1977 of murdering his wife Francine at an Amesville-area farm and is serving a life sentence.
