Depositors are reassured by president Langfitt that losses are limited and will not affect capital.

Charles A Rollins a 63 year old retired merchant was found dead in his Massachusetts avenue room with a gas tube nearby. caretaker Thomas Ryan aged 28 notified a friend by phone, then followed his master to death. Coroner reports Rollins died by his own action while Ryan’s later death was accidental as he inhaled fumes.
