Mothers Day Service At First Methodist Sunday School

Six Inch Fire Plug Damaged In Water Works
The city water works reported a six inch fire hydrant plug broken square off at the corner of Milledge avenue and Dearing street. The damage nearly cut off the supply. a $25 plug and a day of labor repaired it. Officials are unsure of how the break occurred though a car wreck late Thursday night was suggested but not confirmed.
