Emma V Billups Burial to Be Held in City
Mrs. Emma V Billups aged seventy four, wife of Dr Hal C Billups, long a prominent citizen, died in Atlanta. The casket train will reach Athens at 2 47 this afternoon and relatives will meet it. The remains go to Oconee Cemetery for funeral services led by Dr E L Hill of the First Presbyterian Church. She was a longtime resident, devoted church member, and widow of Dr Billups. She was formerly Miss Conley of Burke county.
