Fines Imposed in Mayor's Court on Jackson Street Disturbance

In a mayor's court session yesterday several fines were issued for disturbances on Jackson street. Will Burroughs, white, was fined $790 and Wash Scott, colored, $250. Jim Bailey, colored, was fined $80 for attempting to assault Charlotte Williams.
