The annual Phi Kappa vs Demosthenian debate at the University of Georgia chapel ended with Phi Kappa taking the decision unanimously. The moot urged Congress to penalize counties where lynching occurs with a 10000 dollar fine to be given to the lynching victim’s family. Debaters included W. Chandler of Bishop and A.
