Forty nine members enrolled, the constitution adopted, officers elected: James S. King president, Mrs Horace Martin vice president, T W Reed secretary, D L Earnest treasurer. The society aims to aid in locating and erecting churches, establish Sunday Schools, and advance church work, with Athens church members eligible for membership.
