At a general stockholders meeting in this city yesterday morning an adjustment ended the 1912 litigation. The complete liquidation of the Camolia Methyl Company was ordered under state court supervision with Col H C Tuck and Col T G Dorrough named as joint receivers. Court orders set bond and fees for receivers and counsel, with finance approved for the winding up process.

Death From Wood Alcohol Claim In River County Fishing Trip
Dave M. Teat, 52, died at his Narrow Street home after drinking a small amount of wood alcohol believed to be grain spirits. He had been ill several days, chilled by cold weather during a fishing trip, and died about 10 o clock yesterday morning. He leaves a wife, two brothers, and one sister. The funeral will be held this afternoon at his residence with Revs. A. A. Sullivan and Willie M. Saye officiating. pallbearers are M. H. Parr, J. G. Trussell, J. J. Pollard, Jesse James, Allie Richards, and A. T. Ross.
