Mrs Floyd Foster Burial Held Here
The burial of Mrs Floyd Foster occurred here yesterday afternoon with Rev Troye Batty officiating. A large number of friends followed the flower banked casket to its resting place in Oconee cemetery. She died on the operating table in a sanitarium in Atlanta during an operation for appendicitis. She had lived in Madison for two years and was formerly Miss Mary Thomas of Athens. Survived by two children from her first marriage and two from her second, by sisters Mrs Robert Jones of Atlanta and Mrs Small of Macon who attended the service.
