The notice describes two bond forms bearer and registered with thirty year maturities and a fifteen year government retirement option. Subscriptions can be cash or via bank agent payments starting with a two percent initial payment due by June 12, followed by scheduled partial payments on June 28 July 30 August 15 and August 30. Delivery occurs after full payment with accrued interest.
