Judge William T. Newman denied Charles W. Morse’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The court ruled the petition lacked relief and upheld Morse’s 15 year sentence, noting the ten year portion may be void but the rest remains valid. The hearing followed arguments by Reuben R.
