Samuel H. Hardy died yesterday at his home in Jackson county after a period of illness. He was 77 and had lived in this city for several years. Survived by four daughters Mrs. M. A. Parnell Mrs. Lulu Carrington Mrs. Callie Archer and Mrs. W. H. Deveraux. The funeral is set for this afternoon at Mizpah church.
