Mrs Stella Abbott Indicted For Murder
Atlanta, Ga., Feb. 13. Mrs Stella Abbott has been indicted for the murder of her husband, John H. Abbott, by the Fulton county grand jury at a special session. The trial will be held next Wednesday. Ten or twelve witnesses were summoned. only three testified before the grand jury. The case of Miss Mary Powers, alleged to figure in the telephony conversation related to the shooting, was not pursued and will be investigated later.
