Old Charlotte County Physician Dr. T A Proctor Dies
Dr. T A Proctor aged 82 and a veteran physician of Charlotte county Virginia died at his home near Drakes Ranch on Tuesday afternoon. He served as a surgeon in the Third Georgia during the Civil War and practiced before retirement. Survived by two sons J P Proctor and C L Proctor and a daughter Mrs W T Bryan, all of this city, who were in Virginia at his death. Funeral held yesterday and interment was at the Proctor home burying ground.

The sale process was not considered to meet conditions to justify disposing of the property, and the gate of the lots was sent back to the original committee to craft the best possible trade with conditions upon council ratification.
