The National Association of Postmasters of the First Class begins a three day convention in a Pennsylvania city with nearly all major municipalities represented. Officials including Postmaster General Von Meyer plan to attend and a monument to Eben Brewer, the first U S post agent on foreign soil, will be unveiled.
