Friends and acquaintances attended the funeral for Mr W C Weir who died Thursday after a paralysis stroke on Tuesday. Rev E L Hill of First Presbyterian Montgomery preached at Prince Avenue and Oconee cemetery rites followed. Six nephews served as pallbearers.
