Official notice to qualified voters of Clarke County announces an election next Wednesday to decide issuing $100,000 in road and bridge bonds and $50,000 for the John Milledge Dormitory at the University of Georgia. Ballots specify For Road and Bridge Bonds or Against Road and Bridge Bonds and For Educational Bonds or Against Educational Bonds.
