Three counts name Cunningham and Glen Baling as witnesses and allege offers to approve ten applications for 500 dollars and services for 50 dollars per filing. Interior agents have pursued land fraud cases. more indictments are anticipated. Thompson suspended by Secretary Hitchcock.
