Mrs. Sarah A. Bone died at her daughter Lilla Kirks home in Athena on Thursday April 28 aged 87 years five months and 27 days. Born in Indiana October 31 1839 she married Jonas R. Bone in 1860. Survived by three children A J Van Landingham Charles H Bone and Lilla Kirk. Funeral was Sunday at two with Rev Bollinger officiating. She had lived in Oregon since 1874 and in Umatilla South since 1917.
