Holders of Second Liberty Loan bonds are urged to exchange for new Treasury bonds dated June 15 1927 at 8 percent interest. Bonds mature in county years but may be redeemed after sixteen years. Accrued interest on exchanged bonds is paid as of June 15 1927. The second Liberty bonds to be paid November 18 1027 and will stop accruing interest on that date.
