Theodore Grunert, 87, longtime Atchison contractor and carpenter, died at 5:30 this morning at his daughter's home. He helped build the old St Louis college building and worked on St Benedict's college structures. Surviving relatives include Adolph Grunert and Louis Stolp in Atchison and several children in other states. Funeral arrangements pending.
