Charles Fleiner Dies At 74 In Atchison County

Charles A Fleiner, 74, died this afternoon at his home south of town. Funeral services will be at Harcuff and Buis tomorrow at 3 p.m. Burial will follow in Sumner cemetery. Born May 30, 1858 in Pennsylvania, he came to this region 65 years ago and was a lifelong bachelor. Survived by two sisters Mrs Rose Reichle and Miss Ella Fleiner and a brother George Fleiner, all of south of Atchison.

Mrs Sophia Kehler Dies at Sabetha After Long Illness

Mrs Sophia Kehler born June 24 1855 Locust Grove south of Atchison died in Sabetha after years of poor health. She married W J Kehler August 7 1876 in Atchison and later lived on a farm near Sabetha. Survived by husband four daughters three sons and a sister burial at Kapoma.

Mrs Bridget Sheehan widow of John Sheehan longtime Missouri Pacific foreman in Atchison died at 314 South Seventh street at 3 am after prolonged illness. Born August 15 1855 in County Clare Ireland she came to America with her parents and married in Tipton in 1875. Survived by six children nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren with funeral at St Benedicts church Monday morning and rosary at 8 pm tomorrow at the residence.
