The Atchison Daily Globe reports Leo Nusbaum Jr and Jim Todd resign to form a Falls City Neb journal holding company for the Journal falls city Neb. They will assume duties Tuesday and resign from the Globe tomorrow night. The Globe fills their spots with Fred Kenner and John Ingalls.

Seek Damages In Car Crash Civil suits filed against Alex McKay
Two separate lawsuits totaling 30000 allege injuries from a rear collision when the Joyce driven car, with Harry T. Joyce and Francis E. Kelly as plaintiffs, was struck by McKay's eastbound vehicle near Bendena on May 3 1928. Joyce suffers a broken collarbone and other injuries while Kelly, claiming a fractured vertebra and total disability, wore a brace.

Survived by husband four children three grandchildren and many siblings, funeral to be in Kansas City tomorrow at 2 pm from J P Lewis parlors.
