Easter Exercises At Methodist Church Draw Large Audience
A Sunday evening Easter program at the Methodist Church featured about forty voices in fine music. The event, conducted by the Sunday School, drew a full church with the seating capacity taxed. Children performed class and group pieces, including The Living Redeemer, The Easter March, My Brother Egg, and Little Sunbeams. Pastor W. J. R. Hamilton delivered a short address. The program concluded with praise for leaders and participants as mail reports for Ashton rural routes April were listed.
