The expression pupils of Mrs. F A Graham with Misses Loula Quick and Lucile Randall present a literary and musical show on Friday at 8 39 p m in the school auditorium to raise funds for the Methodist Episcopal church war relief. The event aids French war orphans cared for by Red Cross and church efforts.

Private Herman Sanders of the 503rd Engineers in the A E F writes from Somewhere in France about training, trench life, and shelling. He thanks Mother Graham for letters and a package, notes improvements in health, describes Y M C A events with Elsie Janis, and praises films and magazines sent to the troops.

Two local couples wed in simple ceremonies yesterday. Minnie J. Krug and Wesley H. Yenerich united at noon with Rev. J. H. Johnson officiating. Mary Jane Attig and Edward A. Ventler wed at three o clock at United Evangelical Parsonage with Rev. E. K. Yeakel officiating.
The I O O F Memorial exercises will be held at their hall next Sunday afternoon at 2 30. Rev Ernest Lumsden of Dixon will deliver the address on Intensive Odd Fellowship. All Odd Fellows and Rebekahs are urged to attend Sincerely Fred C Wagner N G
