Woodmen Meet at Paw Paw for County Convention
The Modern Woodmen of America held its triennial county convention at Paw Paw last Wednesday with 41 of 57 delegates present. Joseph Dauntlet of Dixon was elected chairman and George Hyde of Pawpaw secretary. Delegates to the Rock Island state convention May 6 were named with instructions to replace old officers and ensure a clean slate. The next county meeting will be in Steward in 1917.
