Generals and veterans from Jersey City Long Branch and surrounding areas gathered on the reviewing stand in Asbury Park to watch a parade. Unusually Strong June Off Shore Hurricane Strikes New Jersey Coast
A powerful offshore hurricane lashed the New Jersey coast from Saturday night into Sunday afternoon.
