Fire damages mill. quick work limits loss to 1350
Fire at John M. Laight's mill on Main street near Summerfield avenue caused at least 1350 in damage. Firemen from the city responded within minutes, battling the blaze from multiple sides and saving most lumber while some belts pulleys and a swinging saw were ruined. Insurance covers the loss.
