Air California wins Palm Springs San Francisco flight approval
The California Public Utilities Commission granted Air California a certificate to operate passenger service between the Bay Area and Palm Springs. Thomas J. Buckley 57 longtime Hayward district attorney aide dies in an Oakland hospital after a career spanning 1946 to 1968 with Alameda County DA.
