The Arcadia board of trustees confirmed a $109,992 federal grant offer from the Public Works Administration to aid new school additions. Superintendent Westerhouse said trustees will meet Thursday night to accept the offer and set September 22 for a bond election to cover the district's share of the $244,427 project.
