Mrs. Ida Johnson wife of Alex Carlson Johnson retired vice president of the Chicago Northwestern Railroad died in Monrovia. Funeral services were held at her home 272 North Ivy Avenue conducted by Dr. Fletcher G. Watson of the First Methodist Church. Interment followed at the Monrovia Mausoleum. Born February 22 1862 in Pennsylvania she lived much of her life in Chicago and had resided in Monrovia for two years.
