William Allen Ferguson age 44 a former horticultural inspector and 26 year Duarte resident died Sunday in a Los Angeles private hospital after eight years of ill health. He is survived by his sister Mrs. E. D. Howard of Duarte. Born August 4 1886 in Ohio his funeral will be at Renaker chapel Monrovia tomorrow with Dr J W Haman officiating. Pallbearers are Joseph Fowler Vogel Coers C H Larwine Edward Lancaster Earl and Guy Dickey.

Former Druggist Returns from Minn for Short Vacation
O. W. Seaquist, once Arcadia druggist, came back to his old Minnesota hometown Goodthinder after buying back the drug store he sold ten years ago. He and Mrs. Seaquist arrived by motor Thursday and will winter there. The couple left Good Thunder Sunday, driving 2,600 miles to California via El Paso Yuma and Tucson.
